Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 estimated shipping times may be impacted. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at customerservice@YumilitY.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

 

Standard Shipping Times:

US and Canada: - 16 days

Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 19 days

Europe: - 17 days

Latin America: 10 - 25 days

Africa: 10 - 25 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

 

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.  

PROCESSING TIME

The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.  After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. 

ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information 3 to 8 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 8 days, please notify us via email at customerservice@yumility.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

As the majority of our products are custom products, we have a strict 24h cut off time. If there is an edit or change or a cancel request after 24h from the time the order came in, it is denied. You can only make edits, changes, or cancels within 24h, before your order goes into production. To request a change or cancel an order, reach us at customerservice@yumility.com.
